At Ashlynn + Ari, each piece is thoughtfully prepared especially for your order.

Because of the handmade nature of our bows and accessories, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

This helps us ensure that every piece sent from our shop is new, unworn, and prepared just for the little one receiving it.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

While all sales are final, we absolutely want your order to arrive as beautifully as intended.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include a photo of the item and packaging.

We’ll review the issue and make it right when appropriate.

Handmade With Care

Many Ashlynn + Ari pieces are handmade and individually finished. Small variations in placement, shape, or pattern may naturally occur and are part of what makes each piece uniquely yours.
